Personnel from the Ghana Police Service have shot and killed notorious armed robber during an intelligence-led operation at Atebubu in the Bono East Region.
The incident occurred on March 18, 2026, at about 10:30 p.m., when a team from the Police Intelligence Directorate (PID) Headquarters proceeded to Ejura to arrest the suspect, identified as Osman Amadu, also known as “Manu,” at his hideout.
