Ghanaian business mogul Richard Nii Armah Quaye has announced plans to celebrate his upcoming birthday by giving gold tablets to 1,000 of his followers on social media.
In a message posted on Facebook ahead of his March 21 birthday, the entrepreneur revealed that the gold tablets will be distributed to selected followers as a form of investment.
According to him, the recipients will be randomly chosen from his various social media platforms.
“It’s my birthday, and I’m going to celebrate it by dashing out gold tablets to my followers,” he said.
He explained that many people had been reaching out to ask how he intends to mark the occasion this year.
“March is here again and so my birthday is here again. Lots of people are reaching out asking what we are doing this time,” he noted.
Mr. Quaye added that a special event will be organised where the selected followers will receive the gold tablets.
“All my social media followers will be put together and we will select 1,000 people at random. They will receive gold from me,” he stated.
The initiative, he said, is meant to encourage investment and also appreciate the support he receives from his online community.
