Kumawood actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has stirred conversation online after revealing the results of a DNA test he conducted on his children.
Speaking during a TikTok Live session with two other streamers, the Ghanaian actor disclosed that he recently decided to carry out paternity tests on all five of his children.
According to him, the results showed that one of the children he has been raising for about nine years is not biologically his.
Although Lil Win did not reveal which of the children was involved, he explained that the child is unaware of the situation and still believes he is their biological father.
The actor admitted that the discovery was painful, but emphasized that he chose not to react with anger. Instead, he said he would continue to care for the child just as he has always done.
Lil Win’s revelation has since sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many users praising him for his maturity and commitment to the child despite the situation.
